We accept any of the following:

  • cash
  • cheques

  • money orders
  • GIRO (bank standing order for recurring payments).

Please contact our office if you would like to donate via another means.

Note: (for cheques, bank drafts and money orders): Remember to indicate that your contribution is a donation, and include your full address, contact number and identification number (e.g. NRIC or passport). This will help us in our regulatory record-keeping obligations. Your donations will go a long way in helping the needy. You may donate once or regularly every month (recurring). For recurring donations, please consider using GIRO. You can download this form from the Downloads Section on this website, or via the Fundraising menu.

The Sikh Welfare Council provides several community services and organises fund raising events throught the year. Your donations will be used in support of these activities as well as the running of the Council.

Here is what your donation will do:

  • Make a difference in the lives of the needy
  • Help those who are in rehabilitation centres to eventually be good individuals and citizens
  • Enable us to recruit and train volunteers for the services we provide.
  • Mentor children so that they can do better in their studies and break free of the poverty trap.
  • Help us reach out to the community through regular publications & newsletters.
  • Help maintain and expand our efforts in the community and move SIWEC forward so that it can go on to do greater good.

You can find the Donation Form via the Fundraising menu on this website.
